Notice: Online Payment System Upgrade in Progress

The Anchorage Water & Wastewater Utility is currently performing an upgrade to our online payment system. During this time, online payments will be temporarily unavailable. Online payments may be submitted up until 11:00 PM Alaska Standard Time. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience as we work to enhance your payment experience. We anticipate the upgraded system will be available beginning February 9.

In the meantime, payments can still be made via our 24/7 drop box, at the cashier in the main lobby located at 3000 Arctic Blvd, or by mail.
